Encouragement Plus Coaching offers a wealth of resources to introduce you to coaching and let you see what coaching can do for you. Below is a description of the resources and tools I have made available for you to use.

• Defintion of Encouragement. Provides several defintions of encouragement and related words.
• Mission Statement. States the mission of Encouragement Plus clearly and succinctly. Provided as an example of how a mission statement can direct your efforts toward your goals.
• The Role of the Coach. Coaching is an exciting new profession. Most people don't know what a coach does to assist clients to achieve their dreams. This article describes the coach's role, and perhaps more importantly, describes what a coach DOES NOT DO, too!
• Frequently Asked Questions. Answers to many of the questions people have about what coaching is and how it can benefit them. Questions include "How much does it cost?" "How long does it take?" and "How is coaching different from therapy?"
